1. Commitment to accessibility
Menhir S.r.l. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in compliance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 (Stanca Law) and subsequent amendments, the Accessibility Guidelines for Information Technology Tools issued by AgID, EU Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, as well as the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882), adopted as a best-practice reference also for private entities.
2. Compliance status
The website has been designed and developed taking into account the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, adopting where possible technical solutions aimed at facilitating access to content for all users, including people with disabilities. Measures adopted include:
- Semantic page structure with appropriate headings and landmarks;
- "Skip to main content" link for keyboard navigation;
- Verified color contrast between text and background;
- Accessibility widget allowing users to adjust text size, activate a high-contrast theme and underline links;
- Compatibility with keyboard navigation and major screen readers.
Despite the efforts made, some parts of the website may not yet be fully compliant with all WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility criteria. The Data Controller works continuously to identify and correct these issues.
3. Available accessibility tools
In the bottom-right corner of every page, an accessibility widget is available that allows users to:
- Increase or decrease text size;
- Activate a high-contrast mode;
- Underline all links on the page;
- Restore default settings.
The selected preferences are stored locally on the user's device and remain active on subsequent visits.
4. Reports
If you encounter difficulties accessing content or functionality on the website, you may report them to the Data Controller by writing to the email address info@menhirsrl.it or to the PEC address menhirnovoli@pec.it, describing the issue encountered and the page concerned. The Data Controller undertakes to respond and assess the reports received as quickly as possible.

This statement may be updated periodically to reflect improvements made to the website regarding accessibility.
